Overview

As a seasonal appointment setter, it was my job to make phone calls to the list of people provided and schedule them to pick up free 1 week passes to try out the YMCA's facility. Then I would file the participants in alphabetical order, and file those not interested in a "Do Not Call" file. It was a temporary position that lasted during the summer. I utilized my phone skills, customer service and ability to multi-task.
